  • Returns are only applicable for selected products within 7 days of purchase ensuring that the product will remain in the same condition received and still have the original receipt.
  • Altering products after purchase will not be applicable for returns.
  • Pride Of Kashmir is not applicable for return charges.

Shipping Policy 

  • Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Tracking is only available on selected items. (For non-selected items, contact for more details)
  • Cash on delivery is only applicable in the UAE.
  • Free delivery only for the following emirates: Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
  • For buyers outside the UAE, the confirmation email will include the shipping charges as per the size and weight of the selected product.
